Went into the store to purchase a Shirt with business logo for a tradeshow. He ordered shirt(s) in Large to try on before purchase. I order an XL and place my order - they didn't need additional logo information because they had previously done business with us. Went into the store to pick up and pay and they embroidered a L shirt vs. XL so the fit was terrible. Not only did they embroider the wrong size shirt, but the logo says Hampton Inn & Suites by Hillon vs. by Hilton. And, to top it off, when you wear the shirt the embroider sits almost under your armpit vs. on the upper chest area of the shirt. I have pictures of the work if you are interested in seeing this awful work. I paid $23.54 for this shirt that I will never wear. I asked Hodge, the owner, for a refund (in an e-mail and by telephone). He deleted my e-mail as it was "insulting" and by telephone, he agreed that he embroidered the wrong size shirt and that would be the only reason he would provide a refund. So, when I asked for the refund again, he said "I will think about it". How do you stay in business with this work ethic? Never again!
