*For the record, I NEVER leave reviews, but the staff here deserves it.Before I started coming to this store location (inside the Jacksonville, NC mall), I dreaded seeing any local AT&T customer service reps in person. The wait was always TERRIBLE, and the other local stores refused to set an appt over the phone; they told my husband and I we can only make an appt through the app and it didn't always work so we would have to wait LONGER to see a rep because we would have to physically make an appt in store. As a result, I began to call AT&T customer service reps rather than go in person (and their call center customer service can be dreadful, too). It’s not a good sign when your customers avoid having to deal with your company if possible, and that’s the road we were slowly going down with AT&T…To save money, we reluctantly went to the closest local store to discuss adding a line and the pricing of our bill. We were so frustrated we walked out within 3 minutes. Desperate, we went to the Jacksonville, NC mall store. Not only did we receive help we needed, we added a DIRECTV package and preordered 2 iPhone X's. One staff rep in particular, the manager Curtis Swenson, made us feel like we are more than just money in AT&T's pocket. I have never experienced such excellent customer service from any cell phone/cable provider rep that I have ever been with previously (we have been with Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile). Since then, if my husband and I have had any questions or problems, Curtis has not only remained patient and polite amidst our frustrations and complaints, but also fixed them in a timely manner and empathized with us over things that weren't even his fault (AT&T dropped the ball when iPhone X preorders came through and promised many customers that the phone would be here long before it actually arrived). The other store staff are amazing, too.We highly recommend Curtis Swenson and all of the other AT&T staff members inside the Jacksonville, NC mall!

Called in advance and was given an estimate on price and time. When I arrived I was offered a discount and a screen protector for free. The lady was wonderful and even checked with the technician just to be sure it was only my screen that was messed up.
Worst customer service I have ever received in a phone store, anywhere. Went into the store on April 25, 2017 to trade in a Samsung S6 phone for an updated Samsung S8 phone.The customer service representative, who appeared to not know exactly what he was doing on the stores computer system, sold me the S8 on paper. Than he turned around and told me he couldn't give me any monetary credit for my S6 phone because he had already done the paper work on selling me an S8 phone first. The credit for my old phone was suppose to be credited to the purchase price paperwork for my new phone.I told him the minute I sat down that I wanted to trade in my old Samsung S6 phone for a credit even before he touched a computer terminal. He told me he was sorry. Even though it's money out of my pocket, his mistake, and is costing me money, I'm just suppose to overlook it like good old jolly fellow.What business school do they teach that backwards philosophy in. On top of that fiasco, he broke two screen protectors trying to install them on the new S8 phone screen, and than told me he was out of screen protectors for the day, and that I would have to return in a few days to get one when their store was resupplied.Three and a half hours later I was so angry that I just demanded a complete refund, I was so burned out from waiting that I didn't want the phone anymore. I just wanted to get away from the store's customer service incompetent "clown" clerks. To add insult to injury, the store returned my money, but charged me a $35.00 restocking free. So, I still tomorrow, sometime during the day, will have to go and buy a phone somewhere else. In summation, I wouldn't step foot in this particular store again, "not even if hell itself was freezing over."
As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Very polite and had it done in a timely manner. Most places around here want an arm and a leg to fix your phone, but they are very fair. Thank you guys so much!!! You are life savers!
This Place Is AMAZING!!! We walked in and immediately we were welcomed by the Staff at the counter. She was kind, funny, and very helpful. My husband's cell phone was cracked from accidentally falling off the counter. She quoted us way below the price for even having Verizon's Crap insurance! She said, I can give you 10% off and a screen protector for your phone if you leave a Google Review on us. I said, I would be more than happy! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You went above and beyond our expectations! DO NOT USE Computer Warriors!!! Please USE CELL PHONE PLUS!!! You will not be disappointed!!! =) We paid $180 for the Computer Warrior's to fix our last phone's screen. They were dull, rude, and not open to any discounts.
Paid 350$ for a replacement screen, back, and camera. They never replaced the camera, and they installed the wrong parts, after I had specifically asked them not too. Will be taking to small claims for a complete lack of service rendered. Full review on Google.
The customer service was great when I purchased the phone. I paid $329 for a Galaxy Note 3. The phone will not work on my current carrier and this store will not refund me. They said they will "buy it back" at a reduced price of course. At least the store in New Bern refunded me and charged me a restocking fee of $10. Now I have a $300+ phone that I can do nothing with.
