I absolutely hate it there! yeah the girls are somewhat nice when you walk in. But as far as customer service goes or even answering the phones when you need help, forget about it. I have Prime, but I got billed because apparently I am still on another insurance. (I got married a year ago and cancelled my other insurance) So for 3 weeks, 3 WEEKS I tried calling the billing department and left multiple messages for someone to call me back. Instead, I received the bill AGAIN in the mail along with a couple attached papers that stated I had other insurance and needed to get in contact with them to change it. This was also the person I was leaving messages for. Then gave me her number and extension to contact her. SERIOUSLY?! I had ALREADY been trying that put no one knows how to pick up a phone. So again, I am trying and trying to contact her and STILL NOTHING! This makes month number two. I am furious and I don't usually get mad easily. But when I am making a hundred phone calls and leaving 50 messages that are continuing to go unanswered, it really upsets me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. just get Tricare standard and go where you want. I agree with the person below me.
