This is what yoga is all about. Very considerate, engaged and well-trained instructors. They offer a wide variety of yoga styles and nearly always offer modifications for any special health issues or areas of concern. Everything from gentle yoga to hot yoga to challenging slow flow. The atmosphere is very clean, low-key and quiet. Client comfort is a serious consideration. Dani brings a very zen vibe to the entire facility. This is not a fitness center that just happens to offer yoga - it is dedicated solely to yoga and I like that I'm not having to walk through a bunch of jocks or hyper HIIT classes to get to my class.
