Staff is always friendly. They have a variety of products from tobacco products to snacks and drinks along with many nice miscellaneous items. Their drive thru is open 24 hours but the inside store does have hours definitely worth going inside to check out their inventory

This is by far the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with any hair salon! My part was severely crooked.One of my braids was larger than the other.It took her over 1 hour to braid 2 cornrows.My hair was literally packed full of brown gel.She provided a specific price over the phone then tried to charge $10 dollars extra once I arrived for the same exact style that had already been discussed over the phone. I would NOT recommend anyone waste their time or money visiting this salon for any type of hair service. The service I received extends beyond unsatisfactory. Signed,A disappointed customer.

Had an apt scheduled in your Jacksonville office. I arrived @ exactly 3:04 & was informed by the branch manager, Jessica Duffy, in a completely unprofessional, extremely rude manner that I would need to reschedule this apt due to my 4 minute tardiness. When I attempted to explain myself to Ms. Jessica Duffy she proceeded to cut me off & tell me this was "company policy" as she walked away & left me standing there. I’m new to the area & didn’t realize the extra 15 minute time gap that I already allowed myself despite the GPS's estimated arrival time wasn’t enough & that I did attempted to contact the office (twice -no answer) to inform them that I would be 5 minutes late due to the traffic.As a business professional, I wouldn't do any business with this company!! Also as a curtesy to the next client that may fall in a similar situation as mine, Inform your staff when making an appointment with a client, they should inform this "company policy” over the phone so this can be avoided.

I love the place because I'm there for the CD's, Records, Music/Horror DVD's, & other music memorabilia. My kids love the books they have. People ALWAYS should remember you're not always going to find something awesome every trip to the store. Sometimes you find a basket full...then other times nothing at all. I go to 2nd & Charles every 2-3 weeks to a month-month 1/2. Used CD & Record stores are becoming extinct(depending on where you live but most areas except L.A., N.Y.City, & other large cities)!!! This is a must check out store no matter what you are into cause I'm sure they have something you can NOT live without. The staff are...ummm...just all-around AWESOME!!!

Wish I could give this dump less than one star. They are so unprofessional & unreliable. Scheduled my appointment & was told they would call to confirm. I never rec'd the call so I called to confirm. I was told my appointment was all set for the next day. Went at my scheduled time at 9 am, no one was there (although their sign said they open at 9). Waited for half an hour only to be told that the stylist had scheduled another appointment & could not fit me in. I left the shop with my hair still a mess (mind you I had plans for the day). Received a text about an hour later saying I could come back at 5 & they would give me $10 off...NOT!! Save yourself the headache & go to a professional establishment!
