They are always have excellent customer service and great delivery times. They also give nice size portions. I highly recommend them.
ordered food. took 2 hrs to deliver and still didnt get the right food. called back and lady answering hung up on me twice. DO NOT EAT HERE! HORRIBLE
Food was delivered, ordered through the Beyond Menu app. They added a $3.00 tip to the ticket after I crossed out tip and signed the ticket. I gave them the tip in cash! These people will Rob you! Don't trust them!

Horrible, called to make an order for delivery and they were highly unprofessional. The man who answered the phone had a conversation with a friend before talking to me and then while he was supposed to take my oder you could hear him answering texts on his cell phone m. After I hung up because I was fed up, he then proceeded to call me 8 times in a row and leave me a voice mail. So ridiculously unprofessional and just down right rude.
My family ABSOLUTELY LOVES the food! Our issue has been with the delivery time!! I always ask how long it will take. For ex: If we're told that it will take 45min., we've still been waiting 1hr15-30min. later. They've delivered to our house SEVERAL times. When a food item was left out of an order, and I believe in tipping at least $7 to the drivers. I called to ask for either the food, or money back. The female owner or manager accused me of lying and hung up on me 3times. Even though we were loyal customers (3-5times a month), she didn't believe me. When the delivery driver got back, she realized that she was wrong, and had food sent to us. It's your choice. We're done!
-1 STARS I cannot begin to describe how horrible this place is. I ordered delivery around 7 P.M., small order. They informed me that it would take about an hour, which I absolutely had no problem with. It was around 8:40-9 P.M. and still no food. I promptly called them and inquired about my order. They proceeded to tell me that it would take about 60 minutes and that the delivery guy had already left with orders at hand, including ours. I agreed that it was no problem, they were very nice about it. Two hours and some minutes after ordering, it was around 10:20 P.M., I called once again and inquired about my order. He had proceeded to tell me that excuses and then tell me that he had just pulled in my area and to give it 15 more minutes. My food was cold, stale, greasy and soggy! I was very disappointed and will never order from there again! There shouldn't be an excuse for delivery that takes longer than 3 hours.
This was the first time That I went buffet and everything was so fresh. I was eating a little of each item and nothing bad to say about anything. If you want good food ....EAT HERE! every one was nice
The ownership and staff at The Mai Tai always make you feel welcome. They are cordial and courteous, the food is excellent and the addition of the Hibachi Grill completes a perfect dining experience-Brother Bruce Cronkite
Well I've ordered twice, both times were over an hour and a half long wait. That's never fun. First time the first wasn't the best and I got sick. Second time same deal. Time to search for a new delivery.
