I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants because the food is subpar and most of the staff aren't very friendly. I decided to try Arby's because of a commercial I saw on t.v. when l arrived at the front counter I was greeted by the general manager (Marissa Dawdy) with the biggest smile. She was very helpful and friendly. Arby's has restored my faith in fast food dining. I will definitely be going back to that Arby's! Thank you miss Dawdy.

I went in to get a number 1 and got corn beef didn't want corn beef Marissa the manager was to Busey talking to other employees joking and laughing when she finally came away from the jokesters she asked me what my problem was after she had been told twice already after talking with her for 10 minutes or so she through my sandwich at me across the counter it slid to me was not handed to me and this is the lady that manages your store she was being rude to me she was being rude to her own employees there is one guy on the back of the line did not catch his name I'm sorry but she was telling him about his personal hygiene for the whole restaurant to here that is not professional she should have walked over to him and said in a soft low voice not to wear the whole restaurant could hear she is not fit to manage people maybe as a crew member but not a manager I will not be back if I see her working there and I stop there almost every day to get lunch
