Wow, by far the worst cable company I have ever used. Sell your information, sell your phone number. Don't want them to sell your phone number? Sure, for an extra $2/month they will stop.. Have an issue? Sure we'll send someone out. By the way, if they can't find any issues, they will charge you a fee for looking.

They make you install and do their job while you are training for NO PAY, and then find some bogus reason to fire you, so they can get FREE labor after they have used you for a week of 8-10 hour days, doing their job!

CTIS in Jacksonville is the most crasiest cable contractor, they dont pay you and the take ur code away and they dont want you to request clarity of your pay check.if you do they will fire you.absolutely No respect for the technicians.

TO ALL PROSPECTIVE TELEMARKETING APPLICANTS! - The owners, Todd Dansky and Ricardo Montalvo of Connect2it when it was formerly named Direct Sales Connection, Inc never paid me a dime for working 2 1/2 days, nor pay another worker who worked the same days. Todd continually refused to pay me, saying "prove that you worked for me, it will cost you more to sue" (which is right with the time involved). His proven record of having to be sued for debts by former employees http://oncore.duvalclerk.com/showdetails.aspx?id=11198330&rn=0&pi=0&ref=search and by creditors http://oncore.duvalclerk.com/showdetails.aspx?id=1260200&rn=7&pi=0&ref=search is public record. When I finally decided it was worth proving a point and filing a labor complaint, Ricardo told the case worker that he showed me as being on the payroll but stalled the case, his subordinate claiming he was out of the country, until the time limit for the case expired. Not to mention that I would have been a fool to work longer because of the lack of training, literally running out of prospect leads to contact one complete afternoon, forced two hour unpaid lunches because that time of day was slow for sales, waiting a minimum of 10 days to be credited for sales, and being expected to eat lunch at the company run deli which served rancid dangerously unhealthy food. With the response I now do expect to take the case to court as that time limit has not expired, costing all parties more in time than amount in question, to prove a point and stand up for basic labor rights.
