I just spent 5 hours at the Paul Mitchell School in Jacksonville. My student artist Jallena was amazing. I naturally have very dark hair, but for the New Year I wanted to go blonde. All over blonde. I brought in pictures of what I wanted. All pictures of very light very blonde hair. During my consultation, the Learning Leader Diana came over to assist. When we explained what I wanted, Diana turned her nose up at my pictures and told me what I wanted wouldn't look good and would "look really flat" on me. Diana convinced my student and I that doing Full Head foils to lighten my hair would "look better and give me dimension". I told her that I wanted to be a blonde, and not let my dark hair stick out. Diana assured me that doing foils would give me the all over blonde look I want. 4 hours later when my hair was washed out, Diana gave me my "hair cut". It took 2 minutes(literally 2 minutes) for her to separate my hair into 3 sections and "trim" the bottom. She didn't touch the hair around my face. I wanted about 1 inch off all over to reshape my hair. She didn't do any of that. Once my hair was dry, it looked exactly the way I didn't want it. It looked like I still had dark brown hair, with blonde highlights. It does not look good. At all. Its not what I wanted, and its the exact opposite of what I asked for. All because the Learning Leader Diana insisted we do what she wanted. And not what I wanted. I explained to Diana that the color service I got was not what I wanted at all. I explained how I felt about my color. She told me "Well next time you come, make sure to come at 9am in the morning so we can actually foil the underside of your hair too".. So it took 5 hours to "Full head foil" my hair, and they didn't even color the bottom half of my head!! And in the end, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, all the Learning Leader Diana had to say was to come back and spend more money to get what I originally asked for.

I came through Affordable Training in 2011. It is a very good school and gives thorough training on the clinical skills and lecture for Nursing Assistants. I would highly recommend anybody to choose them over a 2-3 day program. Well worth the money to take the class! Not to mention all the certificates you get at graduation. When you do the math, it's a bargain!

It was very easy to schedule a massage at this location. My experience was fantastic. The therapist was very professional and concerned herself with my specific needs
It just keeps getting better and better. Every massage I get is a picture of well trained students.
Great. The very best intelligent college and professor's in the state of Florida. I believe definitely the Best College in the Continental United States of America. 5 stars plus two.
Not a great school. They sign you into the school the same day you walk into the school without letting you think it over. They want any student even if they are poor or have no job. As you got into the school; you'll be the only new student. All the other student been there longer so you don't make a close relationship with your classmate. Hair school every student is all new. Not here in Heritage, you got old and new classmate. Teacher just teach from the textbook doesn't example hands on or give tips learning when your done with school. Teacher dont treat you like student more like kids. The school hire new teacher. They have never been taught how to teach. I keep getting new teacher bcuz they get fired or change to day to night class, I had many though wanting to drop out this school in the middle course bcuz of a new teacher. After you finish school no one tell you need take a 16hr course class to renew your license once a year. I have to wait 2017 to get my license renew to take this 16hr course class
If you want an excellent massage by well trained students and at a reasonable price, then this is the place to come. The students are professional as are the staff members. We really enjoy our visits.Gerard Varley
Massages by near-graduating students are a wonderful relieving experience. Pain just seems to disappear after a therapeutic massage at Heritage. And they are affordable so I am able to have them regularly which helps so much.
