Mr. Bennet, says what he will do and does what he says. He shows up on time. Qualities that are rare among contractors these days. He did knockdown ceiling work, tile work, and a variety of other work for me. Highly recommend his company.
DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.Overall I was extremely disappointed with Robert Lanier's service, lack of professionalism, personal conduct, integrity and overall job execution. -The job now went from $300 to $900.-towards the end of the job Mr. Lanier said casually in passing that the job was going to cost more than originally planned. I asked what he meant and he now increased the price by $250. I reminded him that he bid the job for a total of $600. He told me he had to buy a nail gun and compressor so the bill was going to be higher. We argued this issue and I finally settled on paying him $50 more than originally planned, which I never should have agreed to.I found it very unprofessional that he felt the need to URINATE off my back porch in front of my wife. It is also completely unacceptable that he started drinking beer openly/obviously 3 hours before he finished working for the day.
Robert has completed several jobs for my home and has always been prompt, honest, and fair in his pricing. I have asked him questions while doing various jobs (electrical, laying floors etc) and have always been amazed at his knowledge.
Will and Kim gave me a quote to wash my house, paint my front porch and door, and redo my deck. Right away he started complaining about the cost of materials and started whining about needing more money to fix his van and her car. They spent nearly a week doing a job that should have taken two days because they never arrived before noon and were generally gone by 5pm. They were constantly leaving their tools lying around and when I was mowing my lawn one evening after they had finished I ran over one of his hoses which despite the fact he should have picked his stuff up I felt bad so I gave him one of my hoses. My outside faucets leak and I told him that and he still left them on when he left each day so that I had to go around behind him. When the job was almost complete he said he needed the money to buy parts for fixing her car and his van and that he would finish up the next day. My wife and I thought they had just hit hard times and needed some help so I helped fix her car, free of charge. I worked on their car on two different days and each time I saw them I would ask about them finishing the job and would get some lie about why he couldn't finish my job that day but promised he would the coming week. Once I finished fixing their car I never saw of either of them again and of course the job isn't complete. I called him several times and after multiple broken promises and lies I gave up. I don't want anyone else to suffer like we did so save yourself the headaches of dealing with this liar and go somewhere else. PS He also uses shoddy products as my door is already peeling and it has been less than 6 months
Great team work great prices very professional friendly and honest. They did our interior paint and look really good.
Great customer service. We hired All In One for our vinyl siding repairs and they went above and beyond to complete the project with professional results.
Fast, professional, and quality work. Very affordable, my fence was falling apart and he rebuilt it saving me thousands of dollars that it would have cost to replace it. Ty Randy!
This company is number one in my book. I have needed work done in the past and it was usually a nightmare, and the cost was always more than the quote. All In One was excellent. The job was more than i expected and i love it. They were very professional, on time and even saved me money. I will highly recommend them to all.
Mr. Lanier was prompt, professional & honest. I will definitely hire him again. As I am planning my next project soon.
