--------------------------------------------- I filed a grievance w. Better Business Bureau on 11/10/17 against the owner of this business. After many years of satisfactory service I believe they now have new ownership, a man who identifies himself as "Bubba". I brought my 16 year old 50 cc Yamaha there for service on 9/29/17. service manager advised me to buy the part needed myself as they could not obtain it through their suppliers. I provided the part 3 days later. When I picked up the scooter after work had been completed, I was charged and paid $197. The scooter was not safe to operate. Per the service manager,the problem was due to the part I had provided (at his recommendation). They required me to pay an addt'l $107 to complete. On the day I picked it up and paid, Bubbba warned me never to set foot in his store again. (?)
Preparing for hurricane Irma, ordered canulas and tank carry bagon Aug 19th. Sept. 8th, operator can not tell If order has even shipped. Aug. 31st I asked to get two extra tanks of oxygen to have for the hurricane. I was told no problem and they would put a rush on it.Sept.5th I was told some one would call when they were coming out. Sept. 8th, besides no idea if I will ever get ordered supplies, I am told they only have to provide oxygen for 24 hours and I am expected to pack up my equipment and take it with me to a shelter.Time to find another oxygen supplier.
I have been using them for several years for my son's feeding tube supplies and formula. I have never had a more amazing supply company. Before we moved to Florida I called around and found All About Pediatrics. They were kind from day one. We told them exactly what we had been getting and they told us exactly what to ask for in a script. They made sure we have a spare pump in case of an emergency. I usually always get our deliveries next day. I would recommend them to everyone who needs medical supplies for their children!
Excellent option for medical equipment repairs. Much more cost effective and similar outcomes to using the OEM. Often faster and more reliable than any other option in this area.
Incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring. Constant turnover in staff every few months. Trashy office, wires everywhere on floor, service reps always eating, partying, food everywhere. Only goal is to sell, sell, sell, make money. Customer care after the sell is void. Mgr claimed business sold 3 times in 3 years. Mgr said no records of purchases past 12 months. Jax office is very repulsive. Staff told me I lied, never purchased CPAP there. I had my receipts. Staff lied, told me no rep ever visited my home. Staff lied, stated no males every worked for company and visited my home as a tech or any other position. I was more than insulted. My dr also has difficulties with this company and prefers another DME. Talked to Owners, Senior Management. Got no where. Same indifference. Customers should never be told they are liars! and insulted! I have my records and checks and receipts and invoices from them.
I have used Diabetic Supply & Support a number of years for my son diabetic supplies. Holly & Christine are great to work with! Because of change in insurance we have to find a new supply distributor which stinks, but the last few years have been a blessing!! Thanks for what you do ladies, you both will be greatly missed. ~Lisa
Read the bad reviews they are right i got a atv last Friday it falling a part i only got to ride it for 1 hour it been back 2 time in one week all the care about is selling not fixing it number 1 thing was safty
