was disappointed with my experience at Nimnicht Chevrolet, and unfortunately would not recommend my friends or family to attempt a purchase from them. My opinion is based solely on an attempt to purchase one make/model used vehicle. The vehicle carried a sticker price well above average of other dealerships. The same day I located this 2016 model with 36k Miles, I located a 2017 model with 13k miles for $700 less. When I got ready to make a buying decision, I texted my salesperson, and made an out the door price based on kbb, and other vehicles I'm watching. Instead of trying to negotiate, sales manager Josh took asking above retail asking price, added dealer fee, sales tax, and had salesperson text to me. I've been purchasing vehicles for 30+ years and don't recall any other dealership that displayed such a lack of regard for potential clients.

I purchased a travel trailer from Travelcamp of Jacksonville a couple months ago. The sales staff was great and worked with me to get a great deal on the unit I wanted. I had my first experience this past week with their service department. The service department was first rate all through the process. They listened intently to my concerns and went above and beyond what I was expecting to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend Travelcamp of Jacksonville for your RV needs.

Tom is excellent technically and does a great job of conducting inspections. Was helpful in making sure our tow configuration would be safe. Highly recommend Travelcamp...a very satisfied customer.
My husband and I searched for over a year to find the perfect camper, and Travel camp offered Venture trailer that checked off all of our "must have" boxes and even fulfilled all of our "would be nice to have" boxes. Having that brand available to look at in town is about as happy as this tale gets.We needed to order a part - a simple cover to the awning mechanism that had come off on one of our travels. My husband called numerous times, several times a week and each time the person answering the phone would say that no one in parts was available and could they call back. Each time, no one called back. A few days would go by and we'd call again. No one EVER calls back. Three weeks we tried because both my husband and I work the same hours that they are open. Finally, I got up early and drove 60 miles from my home to their location so that I could talk to a person face to face. I explained my situation and frustration, gave her the required information, was told it was a special order and it would be placed on Monday. Another 3 weeks went by. Called to check the status and was told it had not come in yet, but would check Monday and call me back. SHOCKING - didn't get a phone call.When I called on Tuesday - I find out that the part was never ordered and oh! by the way, because of the holiday the whole supplier's facility will be shut down until Jan 5th.Phyllis, the warranty admin, who is covering for the woman who no longer works in parts who never ordered my part contacted the facility, is the first person to EVER return a phone call. But even IF they get it shipped tomorrow, due to the holiday it is still expected to take 10 days to arrive at my door. Absolutely terrible service after the sale and if I can't trust them with the tiniest responsibility to call me back, much less order a part that they aren't even installing, how can I ever trust them with a warranty issue? I'll drive out of town, thanks. They won't get another dime from me.
I purchased my 2016 Rv at a great price though Travel Camp and Had some fit and finish Issues with it So I brought it in for service. After the service department running into a few delays getting the parts they needed from the factory (almost four Months wait time on these parts) The Service Mgr Jumped through Hoops! to make me and my wife Happy.... In one day He was able to work with the Owner of the company and got the approval to take my trailer back and refunding the purchase price that I paid and use it toward the purchase of a better,newer 2017 model.Soon I will be going down to Travel Camp Rv to take a look at the new Rv and to shake the Hands and personally thank the service mgr for working so hard to make me part of the happy Travel Camp Family.
TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!!! Staff on both sales and services are HONEST, Professional and Understanding. We are first time RVers and they have started us off on the right foot. Their helpfulness is beyond what we expected and received at other dealers in the area. I do recommend them to everyone for their quality, honesty and professionalism. We cannot say enough good things for this outfit.

We have read some very negative reviews about Florida RVs. This may be a case of the ability of reviews to affect the operations of businesses of all kinds. In this case, whatever the cause, we found this dealer to be superb. We purchased a used 5th wheel in late March, 2016. The staff provided excellent service from our first look to after our purchase. Cody was extremely helpful in this process. Mike was the best we’ve encountered during any of our past RV purchases. He spent considerable effort making sure that everything was working properly before we drove off. And the tone of all of our interactions with the entire staff was friendly and helpful.These folks even sent us one item we’d left on our old trailer by UPS a week after our purchase. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to family, friends, or anyone else.
worked on water heater and furnace . furnace puts fumes in camper can only run for short time ,it sets off my detectors. was coming out the jan 17 2016 no show or phone call. need to call bbb
Dishonorable, unethical, discriminatory sales practices. First refused to honor a listed sales price on RVTrader.com and then refused to honor the trade in valuation - reducing it by $2900 just to make up the difference. Don't trust them.
