Don’t use doug’s Service. I had a car dropped off 8 months ago with title and dock receipt was emailed to him the same day. And I paid for it as well. I get a call from the shipper 8 months later saying that they couldn’t find that car. So I call him and he tells me that I never gave him the dock receipt. So I send him a copy of the email dated the same day the car was dropped off. Then he says oh it had a bad tire I told it didn’t because I was the one who dropped it off, and I know if it did I would have paid him for it. So long story short he wants me to pay him storage for the delay that he’s responsible of. No thanks. I’m going to use law enforcement

I have been using this facility off and on for the last 7 years and watched it go through 3 different management teams and I have to say this is the worst experience I have had and do not plan on using them again. The specials being advertised are not what you are getting. She didn't tell you up front that the special is for 'very specific' units until you wonder why your bill doubles in the 3rd month. She verbally told me "oh yeah, the lock is included" but the lock cost me about $20 when I look at the first bill. When I put in my notice to vacate, she verbally told me the day after what was on the paper. I went by what she told me and showed up on that day -- I was charged for another month for a few hours of the lock still being on the unit. The front office states they have no authority to handle refunds for me -- although able to take my credit card info -- and referred me to the general manager -- Ellie @ 904 220 6684. I left 2 messages 2 days ago and this person has not responded to me. I know we often just sign these small type agreements without ACTUALLY reading. I recommend using another one of the facilities on Dunn Ave -- save some money. But if you do, don't go by what the lady at the front desk says -- READ the documents she is throwing at you to sign. This management group is not honest in their dealings.
Do NOT use this storage facility!!!!! They use the typical bait and switch technique. They get your business by being one of the cheapest storage around, but after 2 months your monthly rent increases to the "market value". They get around this by entering into a monthly lease so when you try to negotiate their manager answers "pay the increase or move out!" Go with a reputable company and save yourself the inconvenience of having to move twice!
