The worse experience. I will not recommend this place. Poor custumer services. They are rude and disrespectful.
They are horrible. I wish JEA would take that community. Customer service is rude and if you lash back they will cut off your utility. They have to have a cash deposit to turn water on. I think IRS should investigate their practice.
We have been cricket customers for at least 2 years. My husband has since had to replace at least 5 phones so he decided to buy the cricket insurance for the last replacement 3 months ago. At no point in time did the sales representative mention that a deductible would have to be met before the phone is replaced. The deductible in addition to what he has paid in insurance thus far is equivalent to the cost of the phone. Today when he went in to this Cricket store, where he bought the last 3 phones, he was met with nothing more than poor customer service. Of course the person who originally sold him the phone is no longer employed there. Yet, the representative he did deal with insist that the insurance deductible fee was definitely mentioned 3 months ago by the ex-employee (even though she was not present) and that she even mentioned it when we were there this month to replace my phone. Not only did they blatantly lie to his face, but did not have the slightest inclination to help, and even asked him to leave the store.
When my family and I moved I was told we would get our deposit back because our bill was paid on time every month. A month later (today) my husband calls them to see what the delay is with the deposit. he was told we owe the company. Customer service says our last bill was $180. When we were living there our bill was never over $80-$90 dollars now according to them its jumped and entire hundred dollars. This company is very disappointing. The customer service is very rude. God bless them though.
Tried to return a defective phone within 30 days of purchase. The manager (John) refused to help me. Tough luck was his approach. Off to Cricket we go!
Today they set an appointment with me for 9am...but they don't open until 10. Typical for this location. Every time I stop in here (wish I didn't have to, but they sold me my phone), the employees are unprofessional and have no solutions for their customers problems. I have seen more than a few people leaving in a rage, cussing at the employees. Stay away from this branch!!!
I dislike the customer service at your Argyle store Jacksonville Florida 1000% that young lady is very incompetent she would not give her name she's unable to make a simple payment she's inexperienced very incompetent everytime I go to the store is always an issue with both of the females that work there.I've never had a problem on your office on 103rd ever or on Wilson location ever but this office need to be retrained all the way to the manager that run office Mgt my name is Terry Wright please do not hesitate From the manager to the two female employees extremely incompetent at this location.( I would give this story overall F)8540 Argyle Forest Blvd STE 4, Jacksonville, FL 32244
They are not very professional they had the water off at seven last night called and called no answer phone was busy don't have any other number to call for emergency the water still off it is now four clock went by the office at twelve they had the lights off and no one there had a police officer there had two letters in the door water would be in at twelve the other letter said two which one is it they suck when your late they don't mind shutting off your water also who gives out hand written statements for the bill one month your bill eighty dollars for no reason then the next month it fifty ask them to reread the meter it seem to be a bother to them can't get no answer why your bill went up not professional at all talk to some people in the neighbor hood they said the same thing maybe we need the I team channel four to investigate the company or call better business burera
They shut off the water without a warning. I think they disconnected the phone because nobody can get in contact with them. I believe that the community shouldn't pay the water this month because this isn't the first time this happened.
Very poor customer service. They shut water for maintenance without any notification to resident or putting signs out on the street .It's almost 24 hours with no water. You can't get a hold of any one to find out when you are going to have your water back. Paying in full for services that not rendered properly.
