ACS installed a custom spa for us and we couldn’t be happier. They always returned our calls promptly, their staff was friendly knowledgeable, and they gave us much better quality for the price vs. the other stores we shopped.
BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS -This is my second experience and rating of this business. The first one in on Google - feel free to read. My experience was with a tub that less than 1 year old that I asked them to come out and repair while under warranty. After two weeks of calling them and having them tell me that my settings were not correct (and telling me that the setting that I had did not even exist- which was incorrect- they just did not want to send someone out), they finally sent a man who came to my door, panicked when he saw my dogs (who have never attacked anyone in their life) and started to scream at them. After having to send him into my house and close the door, (I could not even make this up!) he stood inside my foyer and screamed profanities at me (Every profanity that you can imagine). He then told me the same thing - without ever looking at my tub - that the settings were wrong (incorrect) walked out the door. Did not say goodbye, would not even speak. The most unprofessional childish behavior I have ever witnessed. The company would not return my calls and a friend of mine fixed my hot tub - which was under warranty. 1.5 years later, hot tub is broken again and my fiancé without knowing the history calls them because this is their product . Same guy comes out, they tell us we need to replace a part, and here is the clincher ....The company actually threatens that if we do not remove the bad review that they will not provide the service or the part!!!!!! This is the hot tubs authorized dealer by the way. These people have no ethics, could care less about you as a consumer and use scare tactics when you complain about their service. You can be sure that if anything goes wrong, they will be looking out for number one.

I note that I am not the only person who has written less than a stellar review of this company. I purchased our spa a couple of years ago and to begin with the wrong spa was initially delivered and instead of apologizing and accepting responsibility for poor communication which probably occured on both sides the staff made a point of trying to blame and then complain about how much money it would cost to deliver the correct spa and required me to split the cost of an additional delivery fee. Last week I had repairs done which required the spa to have a leak repaired which required replacing plumbing which required the spa to be drained and the pluming glue to dry for hours to 24 hours before filling up the spa again. When the spa was initially delivered no instruction was ever given on how to fill up a spa and I have in the past drained it, washed it, and filled it up without an issue. This time I assume because the plumbing pipes were replaced it created a vapor lock so the spa when filled would not work. The repair technician has always been helpful and I tried to fix it with his explanation but it did not work so the company had to schedule a separate trip to get the spa working and now demand an additional service call fee and proceeded to argue with me and tell me it was my responsibility to know how to fix a vapor lock and they could explain it over the phone to me. Not being mechanical I do not feel comfortable doing that. My opinion is this company poorly communicates with it's customers and appears to be desperate to collect money for any service regardless of what has occurs and has minimal to no concern for customer and obviously does not understand somethings in business are the cost of doing business and the customer is always right. I have already found a competitor who I will use in the future but time will tell if they have any better customer service.
Purchased a Premium Leisure from ACS for our rental home in SPV. Owner installed it personally. Later learned that a one filter spa is not appropriate for use at a rental. Had multiple problems with keeping it clean & water was changed out every 3 wks at a substantial coast. Hoping that owner would take better care of us, we purchased a 2nd hot tub for our home in town. They did not communicate with the electrician as promised and it took wks longer to be installed. Then... it didn't work! Took 3 weeks for technician to assess that hose was twisted. Both hot tubs use Leap Frog Method of cleaning/sterilizing which owner finally admitted is not an efficient system. We recently contacted ACS as pump they "threw in" instead of any discount for the 2nd hot tub just went out. They do not return our calls. We reached out to another hot tub repair company and learned that they have had to repair multiple hot tubs sold through ACS. Needless to say we do not recommend them.
I am more than pleased with our swim spa.There were many delays due to weather, but they did everything they promised .They honored the warranty swiftly, and the employees were kind, helpful, and professional .
Bought my spa in 2012 - very satisfied from the sales process to installation. Had a service issue with my main spa breaker tripping. Called and left a message after hours on Sunday by 1:00 pm on Monday Rob the service tech fixed the problem. Company really stands behind their products with exceptional service. JohnAtlantic Beach
Not recommend. As a former employee of this company familiarizing oneself with the offer and sale of specially in ground spas, which are assembled in the rear compartment showroom. Poor quality product is supplied to the customer, and he is very often surprised to learn that this is not what you pay for. Between the customer and the business owner is not a good communication
Low quality and nothing but problems. I feel mislead and not recommend this place to anyone!
Upon walking into Garden City Pools and spas, I was at my wits end. I was having serious issues with a hot tub purchaced locally with little to no explaination on mantainance. Even though my hot tub was purchaced elsewhere, they tested a sample of my water, walked me through proper procedures, and I finally had my hot performing well. No more scum lines or itchy water. After returning several times for continued advise and service, I finally looked at the Jacuzzi showroom in the store. Three months later, my old tub was sold on Craig's list and I'm a proud new owner of a REAL Jacuzzi, not just a hot tub. What a difference! I love my J465 and the continued service and advise from the entire staff has far exceded all my expectations. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a new hot tub to see these folks. I know now that you get what you pay for and the difference has been stress-relieving enjoyment!
