My first thought when I walked into the doctors office was no way this can not be my pain clinic. I knew dr. florete was not signed on this one. The furniture is old and it is such a small waiting room. It looks like an old office. I was very disappointed and I went to the institute of pain management for over sixteen years. I can not believe Dr. Florete just left us hanging out to dry . Dr. Hussain your a great doctor can you at least move us to an office that is more modern and cheerful. I am under workmans comp so i can not just up and leave and i also heard there are doctors there taking patients off some of there meds they been on for years now this is got to stop. when the meds work do not rock the boat. i do not want my meds to change. I hope this can be fixed and can become a positive experience for the patients. I will miss dr. florete he was the very best you could get and we loved him so much. He spoiled us. we do depend on him. I hope he comes back. The facility is hard to find because there are no signs outside indicating this location. I realize this is a negative review but its what I have experienced since we moved to the new location. I hate it here. why did we have to move. The professionalism from Ashley is as good as you can get she is wonderful. i just hope she will stay and be my doctor.

I have been going to this office for a year. It started out well, but you will see this doctor has some questionable billing and that they will do anything to get more money out of you. I have been coming to this office over a year for real pain management and I can not say I have received it. I am interested in treatments beyond medication but have only ever received the nerve injections here. This is the only service I have ever been offered at this office as they are expensive and this doctor bills them insurance and the patient. I have a copy of $40 with a 2,000 deductible. After paying over 1200 at this doctor out of pocket in addition to my copayments from Jan to Aug this year they currently have me at an 1,100 balance. After months of paying thier so called "balances" and contacting thier billing Dept and my insurance this has not been resolved. My insurance has informed me they are billing them and charging me too as my out of pocket responsibility was $800. Yet no one at this office has explained why the balance is this high. Due to having a balance I am required to come to 10 day or 14 day appointments. This way they can bill twice a month and get more money out of me. People like me with full time jobs have a hard time explaining to an employer that I have biweekly appointments for pain management. I also have not seen the DR. Since Jan and only seen a PA.cand not been offered any treatments other than medication refills due to this "balance". They do not care about patients or your progress only billing. I have a serious neck injury that I had surgery for in 2013 and still have remaining nerve and muscle damage and would like advice from my physician on weather a fusion would be beneficial but as I can not see the physician I will be going somewhere else that will manage my care.

I found this institution to be very unprofessional. For me, I gave them three strikes and now have left them and will not return. The first error on their part was to insist that I needed a medical procedure (nerve block shots) that I did not want but that they insisted would not cost me a penny. It ended up costing me over $600. I disputed the bill but eventually they sent it to collection and I lost. The second error was in their total disrespect for maintaining any need to meet the appointment times in a timely manner. Three times the appointment was delayed by over an hour and a half. They were non responsive when I inquired as to why they could not keep appointment times. The third and final error on their part was to schedule me for an eleven o'clock appointment. I showed up fifteen minutes early. About a half hour later, they told me that I had no appointment and that there was no way that they were going to see me. VERY unprofessional and they treat people horribly.
Dr Golden is very knowledgeable in the most up to date methods for treating chronic pain. She is involved in ongoing research in her field and is highly recommended!
Dr Golden is very knowledgeable in the in both naturopathic and traditional treatment. She treats the root cause of your pain as well as the symptoms. She also has a neuromuscular massage therapist on staff who is great.
I am a 51 year old woman with several health problems, including disc degen disease and a tumor on my right neck/shoulder area. I was treated rudely by Tina who is their new appointment person. I left a message and was waiting a call back and finally called their office and she treated me like I was a piece of poop and very rude. If this was the last place on the face of the earth I would not go. She had no manners, no customer service skills as I don't know what their office needs unless they called to tell me and they didn't I would still be sitting in the dark if I had not of called. These kinds of people do not need to be in business.
