This story happens last week, on July 16, 2018. My better half lost my phone on the beach. When we got to the airport he realize it. Sure, I called My Metro from his phone to suspend my number. In the same time, a good Samaritan found my phone and text my husband about. One second after receive the text, stupid guy from My Metro suspended my husband number instead of mine. So, we are lost in Jax, with no phones, knowing that I can have my phone back ( with all my pics) and knowing that we have a plane to catch. Found my way to this Metro location, close to Jax on Max Leggett Pkwy. Two nice guys working, connected me to Metro immediately , un-suspend all my phone lines, Done.And Miracle happens: Terran decided to drive us back to the beach, to grab my phone and drove us back to Jax, just in time to catch the plane back to Indiana. Talk about customer service...Now, I can brag about his kindness, about his customer service attitude, about his willingness to help. And he does deserve all this. The worse experience. I will not recommend this place. Poor custumer services. They are rude and disrespectful.
They do really good work. Cheaper than replacing the phone. Fast too. I always recommend them to all of my friends and customers being that I work in the wireless industry.
Today they set an appointment with me for 9am...but they don't open until 10. Typical for this location. Every time I stop in here (wish I didn't have to, but they sold me my phone), the employees are unprofessional and have no solutions for their customers problems. I have seen more than a few people leaving in a rage, cussing at the employees. Stay away from this branch!!!
I had walked into this store an hour before they closed. I was tiered and frustrated because I needed a new phone that night. I was pleasantly greeted by Avery & Stephen, after telling them what happen, what I needed, they went strait to work. They where extremely helpful and delightful. Not to mention very patient. We were having difficulties with getting my number changed from my previous network. They stayed open a hour latter with excellent customer service to make sure I got my phone that night. These two men are examples of what real customer service should be. If you want great service and knowledgeable people I would recommend this store. I had such a good experience I made sure to tell anyone looking for a new phone to come to this store.
My husband and I were here yesterday to switch our phone service. Charolette helped us and I cannot say enough about here. All the problems we were having she was on top of it, she knew exactly what to do! She went above and beyond her duties and I have never had such great customer service as I did there. If you go with cricket as your provider go to the south side store and ask for charolette she will,put your mind and wallet at ease
Bought a phone tonight and it was reported as lost or stolen. Going back tomorrow for a full refund. This is a display of bad business practices. Had to give it a star just to submit
Sam replaced the screen on my iPhone 6s. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and technically proficient. I would highly recommend his service.
Worst store ever. They screwed up my phone and have been overcharging me by 40 every month. It's been over 5 months and they still have not fixed it. They just point fingers to Sprint and never call me back. Sprint is looking into it now because they will not resolve. Don't go here. Also cost me 350 in rebates due to their mistake.
