Upper management doesn't care about their employees, work life, or the flow of patients in and out of their centers. They schedule 1 patient every 30 minutes no matter what type of exam. Technologists usually fall behind and then patients complain about the Technologist, not the company. There is a strict protocol to follow and if you make a few mistakes, then you are easily replaced. Management just doesn't care about their employees and the training they provide is inadequate. They rush you to learn multiple modalities.If you can deal with all the back stabbing and stupid mistakes their front desk girls make, then go for it.

I scheduled a 3:40 appointment and informed them I'm a coach with practice at 5:30. The receptionist promised no longer than an hour with a cost of 199.00. At 3:30 I arrived letting them know again about my coaching obligation. At 5:20, I had to leave due to the endless waiting game from room to room. The receptionist later called being extremely rude stating I owe them 300 dollars. Therefore if you enjoy waiting for hours from room to room, dishonest estimates, along with poor customer service this is the place for you.
I love it there. I have a pain pump in my abdomen that has to be checked after an MRI due to the sensitve electronics in the pump. They are very sensitvre to my needs and are very helpful in making an appointment with my pain management doctor after my MRI.
They are very professional and make you feel very comfortable. Nothing seems sterile about it and very efficient. I didn't have to wait long to be seen.
Pros: Never very much of a wait, some of the people are nice, results are quickCons: Some of the people are NOT nice! I have great insurance that pays a lot for these services, I would EXPECT to be treated respectfully and with some dignity, but that's not always the case. I've had many MRI's taken there over the years and, frankly, I don't know why I keep going back. Promises to fax paperwork aren't kept, either, and sometimes phone calls aren't returned.
I do apologize for any inconvenience in getting your order back in time ..we try really hard with every patient experience to make it a good and pleasant and efficient experience from the time you enter our office until the time you leave and unfortunately we could not establish that with your experience I am sorry ...my staff works really hard to get back with every patient in a timely fashion..I apologize if things fell through the cracks. your order needed an extra little bit of tlc and so I apologize it took longer than expected ..I would love to make it up to you please call or stop by and see what we can do ..my office values patient loyalty.Dr. Hanaa Habashi
