These people should go out of business, no customer service and very rude. Their plants are not lasting long as year ago. Not a good quality, Talked to the lady on the phone and got a bad feeling as I do not care, bad customer service.
Keith and his crew were very professional from a quick response by returning phone call to coming out to quote the job. Very fair in pricing and a …
Honest, reliable work! This is old school for your small engine repairs. They are usually booked in advance, but when your small engine is repaired, it is done right! I trust them with all my small engine work!!! A+++
I have been going to Gore's nursery for 17 years. In the last couple of years the plants there are not the same quality as before. Trees I purchased there are dying while the same type of tree next to them I bought at another place are thriving. Getting help is difficult and when you do they are curt. The staff are basically rude and unprofessional. It is definitely not the same business it use to be. Sad when I can go to Lowe's or Home depot and get better plants and receive such better customer service.
Been there several times and NEVER had a problem with customer service. I'm not a local, but now travel here because it has a great selection and good prices. Their plants are healthy and lush. Buy my Datil peper plants every year and can never eat them all. People with good reviews will not take the time to go on the Internet for comments, but a disgruntled person might. There are plenty of choices for plants. I know he small business owners always need support from the big superstores.
I wish I could give two ratings, one for their nursery and one for their customer service. The nursery here is extraordinary. I've never seen such a variety of trees, bushes, flowers, and plants. Just beautiful. Their customer service, however, was one of the worst I've experienced. No one helped us. An old man walked by and as we asked for help he yelled "READ THE TAG" When I asked if there was someone else there to help he said "nope, its self-service here". Ok, I get it. Its your Friday. Your tired and Ill give you the benefit of the doubt. His daughter apologized for him and I felt better-UNTIL I told her we almost left and her response? "you would've lost out" Seriously?? ME? Who's competing for whos business here? Terrible experience, will never come back. YOUR loss.
I have been VERY pleased with the quality and prices at Pulaski Nursery. The advice I received about planting and maintaining my purchases was very good. Folks are friendly.
An actual straight shooting gardener owns and works the register! I've seen old ladies bring in branch clippings for him to diagnose and he does in the old southern no bs manner of an old marine :) came in for cucumber plants after my chickens got ahold of my seedlings and he gave me a pack for free Bc it was late in the season! I would really like to give Earthworks an exemplary rating as I like the products offered at this local business. It is a tradition for me to plant a Xmas garden every year and I came to your business for specifically-colored annuals and butterfly plants. Your business was the only one who carried the white snap dragons and blue pansies I desired. However, pursuant to comparative shopping all over town (both local nurseries & the big names), your cashier on Friday tried to charge me $2.00 a plant per flat. There were no prices listed on the plants. These were starter plants. When I questioned the young lady she reduced the price to $1.39 per plant, which is still $.20 higher per plant than your local competitor Plant Ranch. I spent $82 on two flats of annuals, a milkweed, and six starter herbs. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to shop at your store anymore due to prices. Too bad because I truly try to support local businesses. Respectfully, Mary Margaret Meess
I have had bad experiance with these people They took a long time to get my pavers donePluse the broke my irragation system On top of that they asked me to pay $700 for the damage they madeI hate them They suck
Don't waste your money at Pulaski's Nursery. The plants are overpriced and do not last more than a week or two and die, especially their hanging baskets. The staff is rude and will not make good on any purchases. They sell old stuff that doesn't last. Better off shopping at Lowes. This is a no-star business!
