This business owner has to be on drugs. Her teeth are rotten, so maybe she is using meth. She attacked me verbally for no reason, then physically reached over and grabbed me by the head. I made a complaint with Jso. She is crazy and should not be in business. I would not dare take my animals to her if I cared about them. Please be careful with choosing Wagging tail because if she is this reckless with customer service you can only imagine what she would do to your animals.

Overall

The owner has let her cat go into heat and has had at least one recent litter. We had taken our dog in to her to be shaved. We asked her why she allowed her cat to have a litter in light of the fact that 1000's of cats are killed in JAX due to overpopulation and not enough goods homes. She became very angry saying it was none of our business. Who knows what happens with all the kittens? SHE EVEN TOLD US WE SHOULD PAY TO HAVE HER CAT SPAYED!!! So I can only imagine they won't be spayed/neutered and thus adding to the overpopulation problem. One thing is for sure, these kittens, if (and I seriously doubt) they are adopted out, will take the place of a cat/kitten which could have be adopted from the shelter. But instead, that shelter cat/kitten will more than likely be killed. There are too many good, responsible groomers in JAX to do business here. Please avoid this business at all cost. Why should you entrust her to take care of your pet if she won't take care of hers.
