Overall
Shop somewhere else. I visi...

Shop somewhere else.

I visit pawn shops on a weekly basis, looking for good deals on musical gear and this the absolute worst one I have ever done business with.

I bought a used Korg Electribe there. It had no power supply and was missing two knobs. I pointed these flaws out to them and was able to negotiate an OK price but then they tried to force me to buy the "buyer protection plan" (which is always useless, BTW...).

The girl said I was required to purchase the plan so I told her to just forget it because I don't like being nickeled and dimed after we agree on a price.

She finally pretended to go talk to her manager and came back saying I could buy it without the plan.

When I got home I noticed the tag said the item was supposed to include a carrying bag so I called them to ask when I could come by and pick up the bag. They claimed that there was no bag. She said they routinely throw away all bags and cases for musical instraments.

Also, the store itself is junkier and dirtier than most pawn shops and many of their items are overpriced.
