        Great Experience! My lap top would not boot up completely. My intent was to transfer data and get a new computer. Jim suggested that I let him run a couple of test and see if the lap top is repairable. Jim replaced hard drive, transferred data and repaired computer and saved me $500. I highly recommend Urban Mining Tech Rescue.
