I've done business for one year with smokers alley just in the last month I had a problem with my tank they gave me a tank and I said thank you they claim in a 12 hour. That I had meant the threads which I've had one of these pipes for over a year and never had anything like this happen so what I did was took my old tank and put it back on the battery and it works good enough but they will not exchange it take they gave me saying I broke it even though it screws in perfectly I would tell you not to go to that store that will not work with you and Ashley get an attitude and you ask questions like him a big thumbs down spend a lot of money there but the guys so hard-headed has to be right and I have to be wrong that we can't even talk now

Seriously love this shop. They go above and beyond. They're amazing. If you're looking for somewhere that will remember you as a regular here's where to go.

I once came into this store and had a lot of questions, about various items in the store. A gentleman named Ano who worked there was absolutely helpful and VERY respectful. I appreciated his assistance and his knowledge of various things. Great help! Great store! I will always come back and tell my friends about the place!

The customer service I recieved from a young lady named Taylor, was amazing. She helped me with all the concerns I had about the e cigarrette I bought the other from a young man. And she was very kind about helping me with my concerns which was refreshing from another experience I had at the store a couple of months ago with the manager Philip. I would definitely recommend smokers alley to friend and advise them to see Taylor. Great help!

Philip was extremely helpful. He took time to explain and show me how everything works. Very good atmosphere. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

My husband was buying his e-cigarette supplies here, every battery we paid for had no packaging and broke or didn't hold a charge , went in today to please ask for one in a new package or our money back , the one they have us had scratches on it, the girl "Jen" ?? Was out of this world rude , geuss she was to busy flirting with the three guys in the store , when I asked for the managers number she practically threw a store card at me and told me "whatever , I can't help you ...my boss is going to treat you the same way." Your throwing away your money it you go here, go to new leaf, son much better in every aspect and especially customer service....oh, and to top it off "Jen" was high as a kite giggling at my husband while I was right there the second out of four times we were there....owner of smokers alley if your reading this ...fire her and hire someone who actually wants to work .
