I called SafeTouch after hurricane Irma to reset the time on my alarm and test the system. They were experiencing long wait times because everyone was doing the same thing I was doing, but within 15 minutes the clock on my system was reset and they scheduled Joe E. to come out and find out why my system wouldn't dial out. Joe arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, was personable, helpful and quickly resolved the phone wiring issue (not technically SafeTouch's problem). Great job, fast and reliable. I appreciate knowledegable, friendly people who do a great job!

Safe touch is holding my mother's alarm system hostage.. We bought our mother a house with Safe touch alarm system installed by the previous home owner. I have asked safe Touch for the master code so i can set the time and hopefully stop the constant beeping. IF I DONT SIGN A CONTRACT I CANNOT GET THE CODE TO THE ALARM. the alarm system stays unplugged because if not it will fire off the siren.

Called made an appointment. The sales person was over half an hour late. Agreed to services as well as pre paid for equipment. They were very fast at taking the money out but never called to schedule to install. Four days latter I call to get them to schedule install. I take time off to get the install done and they are late and one of them isn't even wearing a safe touch uniform. My current system has two keypads the one to replace doesn't have two only one. So the installer says he can add them at additional cost. Then he goes into the limitations of the recording features and suggests the inside camera not be set up to record. That's the whole point of having cameras to be able to record! I tell them to leave and they resist trying to defend their position so I insisted they leave. The start to leave and say that I will get a refund as requested. Call to cancel and get the refund processed at 815am. Then the sales rep calls to try to salvage the business. I tell them unless you can process my refund I have nothing to talk to you about. Still waiting to talk to someone about a refund.

Great company! Matt D installed our security system, he was very knowledgeable of the system we chose to have installed. Very courteous, professional and ON TIME! I would highly recommend Safe Touch Security, as a matter of fact, our neighbor is getting Safe Touch Security installed in their home as well.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you're looking for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE don't look at Safetouch- you WILL NOT find it with Safetouch. The only thing that exceeds their lack of customer care is their level of incompetence. Details of my experience are too mumerous to spend the time and effort to share here but if your objective is to be treated like a second class citizen and be disrespected go with Safetouch. My recommendation to Safetouch: divert some of your marketing monies to customer service training.

I thought so too, til boom ligthning struck my new home!!

I thought that safe touch was gonna be a great provider until, BOOM lightning hits my home that i hadnt been living in for 60 days yet! Safetouch had just gotten $350 to install my alarm/2 key pads not even 45 days prior to the lightning hitting! So now im stuck in a 5yr contract that i intially thought i had signed up for a 3yr contract but come to find out they did it for 5yrs..Not to mention they say they wouldnt repair my system unless i gave them $250..So im left without an alarm because i refuse to pay it but they're still debiting $ out my account every month..SAFETOUCH SUCKKKKKSSS!

Great service and the best pricing I could find. I shopped every company I could find and nobody beat their price. Really like the new smartphone apps and the ability to control my system online and the smash and crash technology should be a requirement in any security system.

I have found this company to be an great value for the services they offer. I have been a satisfied customer for several years and have not had any issues. Every time I have needed service they have responded quickly, and even fixed my system for free after my house was struck by lighting. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good security system to protect their home or business.

Great Response from Monitoring

I have been a customer for over 7 years now and have had nothing but great service from both the monitoring station and the service department. Do not let other reviews discourage you from doing business with this company, they do stand behind their products and do everything they say they do! Thanks to their fast response, my house was saved from a fire because of a bad fan that started a fire in one of my bedrooms and they had the fire department at my house before it totally destroyed my house. Thanks Safe Touch!

Run away.. hang up the phone... this company is horrible... they treat everyone the same whether you are a customer or an employee. Their service is horrible no wonder their customer service reps sound so stressed and are not much help when you call them. I will never recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!!!!

ROBBED WITH SAFETOUCH. Had the service for 12 years, thought my business was safe, I lost everything. My business gone after 25 years. Burglarized at night and no response at all with radio backup, twoway communicator, motions in panel and attic, not one call at all. If my business can be robbed then a home does not stand a chance. I lost EVERYTHING and no call from Lester Jackson. Do your homework before you loose it all like me. The "Guaranteed Theft Protection" means nothing. Thanks for everything.

I've had no problems.

I was surprised to see these negative reviews. I've had SafeTouch for about 8 years and had no problem. They are a bit expensive if you want to add an item later on buy other than that, I've had no problems.

STOP! Don't do it!

Beware, they told me that I was signing a 3 year contract and come to find out it us a 5 year. They are harassing me for the remainder of the contract. Salesmen lied to me!!!!!!!
