Papa Johns Pizza

Tonight is the last straw from this store and its employees. Your manager Autumn waited until 10 minutes before my order was suppose to be delivered to inform us that they won't deliver to us. I placed this order at 5:15PM so that my family and I would have the order ready and delivered a little bit after we got home from our busy day. She called and told my boyfriend in a very rude tone that "we don't deliver there and we're busy." However, in the last 2 weeks this store has delivered to us around this time. On 2/4/15 an older male driver delivered to us. If you need to pull up my papa johns account I'll be more than happy to give you my information. They also delivered to us on 1/12/2015. When my boyfriend went up there the general manager wouldn't even handle the issue and the manager Autumn stated that she said what she had said because the General Manager was right there. Also your kitchen staff tried to pipe in. After tonight and the way the staff acted, I will never order from Papa Johns again. This is not how my family and I deserved to be treated. This is the worst. I let the last time this store treated us like this go which was on 9/12/14. Not this time. You have lost a customer and I plan to go word of mouth about this horrible service.

My fiance and i just ordered a large pizza from this papa johns, with anchovies on one side, and mushrooms and peppers on the other. i specifically asked for EXTRA anchovies on it. But when the pizza got here, i noticed there was only 2 anchovies per slice of pizza, and there are barely any topping on the other half either. i knew we should have stuck with pizza hut. they have much better and faster service. i will NEVER order from papa jahns again!
