Northside Lock Key & Safe

This is in response to Lisa D's review. It is my belief that she is reviewing the wrong company. There have been instances of someone trying to reach this company and getting another due to some misleading advertising that is allowed. Their standard charge for unlocking vehicles during regular business hours is $65 - $75. And they never offer a "first time customer" discount.

I will give them one star because he did unlock my door really if it allowed I would give a half of star. However I called at 12:30 he arrived around 1:45 and it only took him 5 - 10 seconds to unlock my car door which I could have done myself bit I was pressing for time because I had a job interview. When he was done I asked how much he said $95.00 and I was like for WHAT!!!!! So i called the office then the lady is gonna say well it depends on the vehicle and how long it takes. I continued to fuss then she offered me a first time customer discount and charged me $80.00 which is still too high for a job that didnt cause you to break a sweat. Also if they were gonna give me this customer discount it would have been offered in the begining. They are a rip off please do not use them. Signed Lisa Daise
