Villa Del Rio Apartments

Very poor managerial services. I have attempted to conact them on a daily basis and no one picks up or returns my calls. I've had many issues with the matience and upkeep of the apartment and it can take days or even a week for them to fix the problem. When things do finally get around to being fixed it is done in an half behind manner. I've heard lots of residents complain about the same problems. From leaky air units to termite infestation. This is not the place to live!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Also expect rent to go up to $1000 after the first year! Don't waste your time and money in this dump!
