Landstar

landstar insurance policy is the worst. My truck was involved in secondary burn. Landstar truck parked right next to my truck caught fire and the fire spread to my truck. My truck was a total loss.
I filed a claim against Landstar inway instead of paying for my damages, I got told that Landstar cannot determine what cause their truck to catch fire. Therefore, they cannot pay for the damages. This is complete BS. I donot recommend working this company, because they lack the respect for other businesses.

On 2/27/16 my wife and i were driving our brand new car we purchased just a few days before hand. We were cut off by a tractor trailer owned by land star of jacksonville florida. After he cut us off, rocks flew off his trailer into my windshield. We attempted to get the wreckless driver to pull over and he refused to. We then proceeeded to take pictures of the truck, his tag and any other identifying information we could get. After contact with the company was established their story about the incident changed numerous times. They need to pay my deductible for my new windshield. The repair by the insurance company did not include a windshield replacement but a chip fill in which did not fix the issue.
