The rooms are clean and comfortable. After staying for a month though, I have found a few things that could improve. The maid service is sporadic in their timing. One day they came at 10am, the next at 4pm! The services (cable and internet) are good, until the internet goes out and the modem stops working. Then its like swimming through cement to get them to try and fix it. Another thing that could improve, is providing a hot breakfast instead of some cereal and bagels.
