State Farm Insurance

Earlier this year, i had a house fire. I immediately called State Farm to inform them of my claim My agent, Mr Brooks, showed up at my house at 7:30am to help me with talking to the police, fire department and vendors that would assist with the clen up. i have had a few claims in my life but this was the first time my agent had ever shown up to help. i have not always been with State Farm but with agents life Mr. Brooks they truly are the good neighbor company. I would recommend Mr. Brooks agency to anyone who want personlize care from their insurance company.

STAY AWAY!!! John Brooks is never there! If you want a reliable agent, skip over John Brooks State Farm and you will be happier for it. If you are a current client, call around and you will be surprised to find agents that are happy to be in the office and team members that know what they are doing. Not to mention all the other companies that can offer you home insurance and lower rates. Don't chance your policies falling through the cracks with the Brooks agency.
