        I have been there twice and the 1st occasion I was not told that I was to sign in at the area where glasses are chosen and measurements are done. Waited 3 hours before I went to the admission clerk,only then to find this out.
        While I was there,ppl were just jumping in front of the rep and no names were called. This happened several times during that visit. When I was there today to pick up, the same thing happened. People jumping ahead and no names were called. Meanwhile,the rep is finishing the paperwork for the last one and in plain sight of the one at the desk. It could be a person who is trying to steal your identity. What would you think while this is happening?
