This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I got charged for services I did not receive and after trying to work with the service rep and his manager to get these charges removed they told me in some many words that they could care less and they were not going to do anything about it. It's a shame that they treat loyal customers this way. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
Horrible experience, stay away from this dealership. Just for the record, I have leased and purchase not one but many vehicles in my life time, my last 2 being Hyundais. Went to the dealership at the end of the month on Memorial Day weekend to trade in my current Hyundai and get into a new one. So you would think that as a return customer they would be a bit more receptive to sell a vehicle. Long story short, after hearing (from the salesman) numbers that did not quite make sense I decided to make a call to another Hyundai dealership to see if they had the vehicle we wanted in stock. What happened next shocked me. The manager got offended and asked us to leave and take our business somewhere else saying that we were wasting their time! Since when is the dealership's time more valuable than mine and when did price checking become wrong? It was obvious that they were threatened by other dealerships prices and instead of offering to match any prices we might have found, they asked us to leave. So we did and found a much better deal in St Augustine.The person responsible for this was not the salesman but the actual sales manager (or possibly store manager), a heavy African-American guy with a snappy personality. WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!!
The las time when i buy a new car the experience was no bad but no good .On this time I dont have any complain about the process ,the salesman is very gentle and he understands what I really need . He explains everything clear in English and Spanish. Hyundai of orange park has a good sales staff . This Hyundai is the #4 in my family circle and my #2 brand new Hyundai . I recommended Hyundai to all my friends and family .
It's can be frustrating sometimes when it comes to having your vehicle serviced for any reason. I will say that I have been to different places over the years but my visits to Hyundai of Orange Park was and has always been very pleasant. Sherman Cooper has always been very helpful any time I have had to take my car to get serviced. He always seems to be there and is willing to help and explain if needed. I would definitely recommend him and that location for all your Hyandai vehicle needs. Thanks again
Hyundai of Orange Park is the best. Kelton and Alan are very knowledgable about the 2016 that I brought. Tey were the best. They could answer every question that I asked. This is my second car that have brought from Hyundai of Orange Park they are always very concerned if the vehicle you are going to purchase is the right car for you. I am very happy with them nd my new car. Thanks Guys you are number 1.
2nd service appointment for my 2015 Sonata, which I love and had a great buying experience. The service plan presented to me is great . Hattie Bramlett was my service advisor on both occasions and she made it great. She was tied up and Sherman stepped in and assisted also.Very hectic environment with lots of activity but all customers are handled with dignity and care and they get a lot of credit for being professional and courteous....
THE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!
I was lied to by mangers and treated like a peice of trash, I would never do business with this dealership or any one of their Hanania Automotive Group stores in the area. The so called General Manager Danny was terrible to deal with!
