Very unprofessional and not very trustworthy. These people are ridiculous, the receptionist and the dentists. My story is too long to note. But please do not put your loved ones under their care. It could mean life or death. Thank GOD my child came out fine. If I could give a rating lower than 1, I would!!!!!!!

They're lucky I couldn't give less than 1 star. This office is OUTRAGEOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The receptionist tried charging me more than what was previously discussed and they were extremely rude. Its like they would've rather socialized with their coworkers than figure out my financial plan. DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT!

I went to this office recently and I had a great experience. I had a painless root canal and it only took about an hour. There is a new doctor in the office and she is much better than the last one.



I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. The new lady there is really sweet and fast!

I went there for a root canal. I spent 4 hours with my mouth open while she worked on other people and occasionally popped back in to work on me. Toward the end of the 4th hour when the numbness was wearing off she countinued to work on me.



When i went to my new dentist the other day to have a crown put on that same tooth that i had my root canal on he showed me on the x-ray where they had left a tool in my tooth that had broken off... Never was i told about this tool in my tooth..



Worst dental office in Jacksonville... So think twice before going here.
