I bought an Invacare "Extra" wheelcahir here. Will not go back. Service was terrible, they double billed the insurance company and also billed me!!!

Horrible customer service. Tried to get a rental wheelchair fixed and was told they converted it to purchase and it was our problem even though we had been given used equipment to begin with (Rep even stated they do not have to provide new equipment to customers )

Getting my CPAP through them was an easy process. Anytime I am due for new supplies they call and get the status on what I need. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Everyone I speak too, is very professional and polite. However, their internal operations appears to be disorganized. I started using them in September of 2015 and began using their online feature to order supplies. At that time I provided my insurance and my credit card information. Upon my first order, I received an invoice and was promptly mark online as non-payment and my account was locked. I placed a 3rd order in January and ask to speak to a Manager and explained my delima. This time my credit card WAS billed for what my insuance did not pay. Again in early April, I tried to use the online system and again my account was marked as suspended. Again I called and again I was told it has been corrected. Nice people, but ineffective.

Seemed to have a very friendly and personal environment compared to the nationwide companies I have dealt with in the past. When I came to Jacksonville I heard from my new doctor they were his first choice. He said he liked their prompt service with same day set up and service calls for malfunction equipment. Stores of other large companies giving one week wait time for response and telling to call 911 if there is a equipment problem after hours. Fletcher's on call service really give me peace of mind that I don't have to call 911 in those circumstances. Every time I have had a billing concern they have been able to work with me and clear up what ever it was. When reading the post below titled don't do business with them all I can think is I have a Oxygen machine as well and there is no need for a operating manual because all you have to operate is an on and off switch and a knob to adjust the Liter flow which should rarely change and is very self explanatory.

One hand has no idea what the other hand is doing. Nothing but confusion and excuses such as they didnt tell me you needed it before noon etc. Each blaming the other for their mistakes and billing too. Don't use them if you can help it.

Don't do business with them!. I agree with the other posting as to horrible customer service. They evidently do not have sufficient staff and they will tell you anything just to get you off the phone. They drop off oxygen units with no operating manuals! Have asked twice for a manual for a machine we have had since May 1! Giving 1 star rating because you have to provide at least one else it does not accept your posting.
