        Would not recommend this place at all. Told me engraving would be done in 2 hrs. Waited around the mall and when I returned it was not even started because he realised he could not engrave all letters. Had my cell number and did not bother to call me. Was not even apologotic about wasting my time. RUDE.

        THE FAST FIX AT THE AVENUES MALL ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF JACKSONVILLE, FL IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY...THE WAY THEY DRESS...THE WAY THEY SPEAK AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS THINGS DONE BY THEM AND IT IS ALWAYS WORTH THE PRICE...THEY DO IT ON THE SPOT SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SENDING YOUR JEWELERY OFF AND ANYTHING BAD HAPPENING TO IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE!
