After contracting Excel to do the job, there was a need for them to return to finish up some work which took them a few months to complete. Now that they have completed the job, I have amended my review of Excel Roofing.

My experience with Excel roofing was fantastic! I can honestly say they were honest, knowledgeable, and fair. I looked all over Jacksonville for a roofer that I could trust. My experience with Excel roofing was certainly better than I expected. I had a few concerns throughout the process that was corrected right away! As a matter of fact, I personally received a call from the owner himself regarding my concerns. The owner assured me he would both stand behind his service and also ensure I was 100% satisfied when the job was completed and he did just that….. I truly appreciate the OUTSTANDING customer service, craftsmanship and integrity this company has. I highly recommend Excel roofing.

excel is one of the most professional companies i have had the pleasure of doing business with. great customer service before and after the completion of my roof. Scott the owner came out and did the estimate himself and answered every questions i had. his crews are very experienced and take the time to do it right and also did a great job of protecting my landscaping as well. would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof or a general contractor.

I am a USN Chief and currently deployed. I was in a bind with the insurance of my home and the age of the roof. After waiting for other companies to gather quotes I was running out of time. Then I called Excel Roofing and they went to my house the next day and gave me a quote thousands of dollars less than the only other company that bothered to check. I had Excel do the roof and they finished it in less than a week even when work had to stop for rain. They are very helpful and considerate especially to service members. I recommended them to my real estate agent and would recommend them to anyone else.

We experienced a lot of problems while trying to repair our roof. Three different roofers tried to repair it and were unsuccessful, it was a relief to find Scott and Excel. Scott and his crew were able to locate the source of the leak in our roof that no one else could. The job was done right the first time, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Previously we had several punctured tires due to stray roofing nails that only added to the cost of the repair. The customer service is first rate as well. If Scott is not available to answer your call, (and he usually is) the office can take care of any questions or get in contact with him and have him call you back. Thank you Scott and Ellen for the job you do and how you care about not only the quality of your work, but the people you work for.

Our roof was leaking badly! After several phone calls I chose Excel Roofing. They replaced my entire roof quickly, and it was Affordable! All the contractors were very professional and prompt! Everything was done as promised and on time! They did a great job, and my new roof looks great! I would highly recommend them to Anyone!
