I am extremely happy I bought a car here. The staff is so cool and professional and completely honest. You will not feel slighted here. Empire Auto Sales offers the best deal on great cars. I got a 2013 Volkswagon Jetta and so glad I did.

Bought this 05 Murano for my wife the other day.. Everything went great, it was very hard to find a car for my family after our last 07 VW broke down and unfortunately had to go back which wasn't good for us. Needless to say we're happy with the car and the entire process. We will be returning for sure in the future!

Overall

On 2/8/14 I paid $4,000 cash and financed $7,210.08 ("buy here, pay here") on my 2002 BMW 3 Series coupe. The experience left a lot to be desired, that's for sure. My Fiance and I worked with a guy named Jason who was very unprofessional by telling us, "The car doesn't have your attention." when we told him that we may be back, but have other BMWs at other lots to go look at. After settling on this car, we came back and asked the price of the car. He never would tell us. Two to three hours later, we sat down and he STILL hadn't told us the final price- not even an estimate. When he did, we told him we couldn't afford that and that the price sounded really high compared to the others we'd seen. So, he adjusted our monthly payments which came out to be a whopping $350. We weren't happy with this, but looked past it since we knew we'd be paying off the car in a couple of months. Jason threw numbers and paperwork at us, and after 5 hours, we were ready to sign whatever we needed to to get out of there. This was our mistake- and their mistake was assuming that I'd go home and never look at the contract ever again. After reviewing the contract, I see that I have been lied to and ripped off. The car is not nearly worth the sales price and the APR rate that I received (28%) is not what was promised. The company has failed to fix the issues with the car that they said that they would, which involves upholstery in the interior, 2 oil leaks, and other miscellaneous problems. They say that I will owe 50% of the cost of repair, but this is not what was agreed upon the day of sale for these particular issues. Now, they have told me (a month later) that my first payment (a month ago) did not go through and that I owe double now. So, I made another payment, but they called me the next morning and said that they will not take my payment over the phone anymore and that this most recent payment had been rejected and returned to me. This money, as of 3/31/14 has not been returned to me and they are still asking for it- probably in hopes of getting double the amount from me since they claim that the first payment never went through. I have no way of verifying this. They are now demanding that I come in to their office by Tuesday (tomorrow) with more money, well over what they initially asked for and more than what my monthly payment is, or will repossess the vehicle. During conversation I was told that "I clearly did not know what I was doing" in buying the car that day and I feel like I was taken advantage of. In an attempt to sever ties between myself and this company, I have asked that they take the car back and allow me to purchase another, cheaper vehicle off of their lot that I will pay in full, using the down payment of $4,000 that I have already paid, so that I can stop them from continuing to rip me off. They refused. I have found several discrepancies in the contract that they refuse, after several attempts on my part, to remedy. They even put another person's paperwork in with my contract! And, they have the audacity to call me (Jason- yesterday) to ask "How have I been unprofessional?" Your very call to me right now asking that is unprofessional! Both the owner and the salesman refuse to work with me on either reducing the total price of the vehicle or allowing me to purchase a cheaper car paid in full. Elvis, the owner, said to me: "We're not in the business of switching cars, honey." Then when I told him about Jason promising to fix the issues we saw on the day of sale, he asked me, "Did you get it in writing?" 5 hours later, after all of the contracts had been signed and I'm sitting in the front seat ready to drive off (it's dark now), I turn the headlights on to see that one of them is OUT! I will be paying $13,000 for this car and the headlight is out. Really? Beware of these people. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office and I've hired a lawyer.
