Excellent Member Support!

We've been members for six years or so. Although we haven't used the services for building a new or completely refurbishing a home, we have used their services frequently to purchase appliances, sinks, plumbing fixtue upgrades, etc.

In nearly every case the various manufacturers have honored the membership order by shipping promptly and (with one exception) the products have arrived undamaged and on time.

Club personnel often call and follow up on order delivery, satisfaction, etc. The one occasion where a product arrived damaged in transit (due to lack of proper packaging) the club followed up and secured a replacement shipment in a timely manner.

The club support personnel are typically helpful and courteous. From our experiences, any bad service encountered would largely be due to a participating manufacturer not shipping promptly. As there are hundreds of manufacturers represented through the club, no doubt that some do not take a ""onesie"" order as seriously as shipping a trailerload to a normal dealer outlet.

In most cases, the savings obtained make any wait experienced more than worth it.

Worst Customer Service -5 if I could rate them

I would honestly give them a -5 if it was all possible. Short story, bought the service over a year ago and decided to start furnishing my house now. Bought a desk and after THREE months now I still do not have it.

I got a call from the ""Warehouse"" they said it was in early , but it was just all a waste of time, the item was not on the truck. Ok, things happens, so I thought. Two weeks after the supposed ship date, still nothing. I called and got the run around. New procedures, BS.

Had to call corporate. Ok, so I did, three times still no answer. Apparently the desk got to the warehouse and was broken, but no one failed to let me know. NICE! Still three weeks into this mess, no desk no money. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.
