        AFTER 5+ DAYS WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALL-SWITCHED AGENTS -TOLD COMPANY THE PROBLEM

        FEEL CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY LACKING.

        IN AN EMERGENCY GUESS WOULD NOT GET RETURN CALL EITHER. YOU HAVE TO TRUST YOUR INSURANCE AGENT. I NO LONGER CAN.. WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THIS AFFECTS?
