I called and spoke to Tiffany she was very nice and provided great customer service ...I was able to get a brand new purse the same day at a coach store near my home because her great customer service....my old purse was defective ....they really live up to life tine warrenty ;) I am one happy consumer :)

'The products are good but they need to improve customer service skills; they should not leave it up to the customer to handle a missing package when they're the shipper. With a company that big, there should be excellent customer service as their mission states.
