Dr. Charles Nolan Howell, OD

Dr Howell is thorough,meticulous, and exacting like no other I've been to. I'd developed a bad case of iritis from going to a big eye clinic in San Marco area of town. It took the doctor at the big eye clinic 10 or 12 appointments to find a foreign body in my eye. The foreign body was only found after I insisted and demanded that he look more closely . His examinations weren't anywhere near as thorough as those of Dr. Howell. No other eye doctor I've been to genuinely cares about the quality of work as Dr Howell does. I went to a big eye clinic in Orange Park and paid full price for a quick precursory exam followed by giving me the wrong prescription. It's hard to find someone in this day and age who has such care about high quality work.
