In searching for a Roofing company based on mine needing to be replaced, I met Daniel Locke while working. I asked if he knew of a good roofing company, and he indicated that he is the owner of one and would be happy to come out and give me an estimate. Initially I had a roofing company, but there was no follow up, and the weather was unpredictable.
He looked t my roof, and provided me with a quote, which was quite reasonable. The work was completed in 21/2 days, and during the time, Daniel would come out to inspect the work to ensure that it was perfect. When he discovered the tiles were the wrong color, they were sent back and replaced with the correct ones. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, which let me know that he cares about his customers. He's honest, concerned, professional, integrity, ethical, and most of all, stands behind his work 100%!!!
I stand behind these ratings based on my belief in what represents a great company, the person that stands in front, and behind it!!!! Daniel Locke is the owner of Locke Roofing located in Jacksonville Florida.

Overall

A total scam. This organization exists to protect the interests of its paying members, NOT the consumer. No matter what complaint a consumer files, this organization will do nothing about it. The complaint process goes like this 1. Consumer makes complaint to BBB of NE Florida & SE Atlantic. 2. They contact their member business. 3. Member business contacts the BBB, either offering or not offering to put the matter right (It does not matter at the end of the day if any such matter has been made.). 4. The BBB contacts the consumer, asking if the he or she accepts what the paying BBB member has said in his/her/their response. 4. The BBB closes the case, saying they are sorry but they are unable to resolve the matter. 5. The consumer is SOL.



So, what does it mean when a business has an A+ rating from the BBB? Nothing except the business has paid its membership fee.
