Very happy with the end result, PC running perfectly!
Thomas' diagnosis was fast, and spot on! He found my power source was not functional. There was a bit of a wait for the power source to be shipped but that was not his fault. We also decided to upgrade my case which he had on hand. So glad I did that. Once Thomas had the power source he got right to work and on a Saturday :) I was back in game 1 hour after he called to say She Hulk was back up and running.
Thanks Thomas! I will be having you build my next rig.

FANTASTIC!!!! I called Thomas on a Friday evening after my Dell/Alienware would not boot due to ineffective BIOS update. He suggested I meet him at a restaurant where he was having dinner with his family. 2 hours later he's working on the laptop, I picked it up at 11am the following morning. He also repaired damaged (coffee spill) to my wife's Lenovo work laptop. Thomas saved our weekend. Amazing service, very professional and VERY timely with phone calls and text messages. WOW!!!!

I had an extremely frustrating and vicious virus on my laptop. Thomas responded on the weekend and was able to remove the virus and get my laptop working again. He was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. I will be using him as my go-to person from now on and will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

My computer was not getting a signal to the keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Called ACS spoke with Thomas and brought desktop in to his shop. He called me later that night and was issue with motherboard. I decided to upgrade so I got the parts and had Thomas rebuild computer for me. He did an excellent job and was very fast with turn around time. I would recommend Thomas to anyone. He is very knowledge, friendly, and professional. Will be returning customer in the future.

I had the blue screen of death on my Windows XP PC and called ACS on the recommendation of a friend. Over the phone we discussed the issue including upgrading finally to Windows 7 Pro. The IT Support Engineer brought all the parts, including the Windows 7 install. He quickly resolved the hardware issue, upgraded my PC to Win 7 Pro, and at my request, installed Office 2010 Pro. He backed everything up and restored all my data on the new build. It all works perfectly.

my other project, I wanted a music server to copy all my 1000+ CDs into Window Media Center. He met me at Comp USA and we picked all the parts, motherboard, processor, power supply, Windows 7 install disc, everything to create the perfect music server. Three days later, and I have a powerful PC with 3 terabytes disc storage in a RAID 1 configuration, integrated into my home theater system.

I am extremely pleased with their quality of service and computer expertise. I recommend them highly for all your computer processing needs.

Thomas did a wonderful job replacing my PC hard drive, made software recommendations and explained problems in layperson's terms. I highly recommend ACS for any PC or MAC issues.

My computer would not go to Windows one morning due to my hard drive failing. I called Thomas at ACS and he was able to come out to my house that same morning and replace my hard drive, load my programs and save all my files from my previous hard drive. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and also solved some of my wife's laptop problems while the programs were loading. He also gave some good advice on some programs. I will definitely use him again when I have a computer problem.
