Waited a week for an appointment. During which had no cable, internet, or security. The tech came out late for appointment didn't fix problems. Was promised a call back from some mysterious supervisor named James. He never called back. Called into office to find out if someone was coming out to restore our services and office lady caught an attitude because I had also called Comcast directly.
Friday evening April 27th, 7:52 pm- walked up to the door and it was locked. I knew they closed at 8, I knocked on the door and this female, (I think), answered the door and told me rather rudely "we close at 7:45". I pointed to the door and she looked at me like I was the stupid one. She begrudgingly asked the slightly older, slightly less ignorant kid behind the counter if it was ok to let me in. He replied that it was. I walked in and the smell of weed hit me instantly. I paid my bill, said thank you, and walking out, the "girl" said sarcastically, "your welcome!". I flipped my lid! We got into a shouting match and I realized I had interrupted a drug deal. Not only is this place the absolute WORST for customer service, I believe Metro PCS the company, knows this place is dangerous, so they are obviously putting their own customers in danger!I'll see what corporate says tomorrow.Stay away from this place!
We have been cricket customers for at least 2 years. My husband has since had to replace at least 5 phones so he decided to buy the cricket insurance for the last replacement 3 months ago. At no point in time did the sales representative mention that a deductible would have to be met before the phone is replaced. The deductible in addition to what he has paid in insurance thus far is equivalent to the cost of the phone. Today when he went in to this Cricket store, where he bought the last 3 phones, he was met with nothing more than poor customer service. Of course the person who originally sold him the phone is no longer employed there. Yet, the representative he did deal with insist that the insurance deductible fee was definitely mentioned 3 months ago by the ex-employee (even though she was not present) and that she even mentioned it when we were there this month to replace my phone. Not only did they blatantly lie to his face, but did not have the slightest inclination to help, and even asked him to leave the store.
Tried to return a defective phone within 30 days of purchase. The manager (John) refused to help me. Tough luck was his approach. Off to Cricket we go!
They do really good work. Cheaper than replacing the phone. Fast too. I always recommend them to all of my friends and customers being that I work in the wireless industry.
I dislike the customer service at your Argyle store Jacksonville Florida 1000% that young lady is very incompetent she would not give her name she's unable to make a simple payment she's inexperienced very incompetent everytime I go to the store is always an issue with both of the females that work there.I've never had a problem on your office on 103rd ever or on Wilson location ever but this office need to be retrained all the way to the manager that run office Mgt my name is Terry Wright please do not hesitate From the manager to the two female employees extremely incompetent at this location.( I would give this story overall F)8540 Argyle Forest Blvd STE 4, Jacksonville, FL 32244
I would highly recommend this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The answered all my questions. I had a problem with my phone and they helped me a lot.
My husband and I were here yesterday to switch our phone service. Charolette helped us and I cannot say enough about here. All the problems we were having she was on top of it, she knew exactly what to do! She went above and beyond her duties and I have never had such great customer service as I did there. If you go with cricket as your provider go to the south side store and ask for charolette she will, put your mind and wallet at ease
Sam replaced the screen on my iPhone 6s. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and technically proficient. I would highly recommend his service.
Obviously something about the San Jose location has changed since April. I went in with a Samsung Galaxy S3 that had a cracked screen but was fully functional. They quoted me a fair price, cheaper than anyone Beachside had quoted. When I got there they gave me a 10% military discount. It was late in the day, and they had a few phones in front of mine, but they promised to have it done that night, as I wasn't going to be in Jacksonville the next day. True to their word, at 9pm I got a call saying my phone was repaired. Not only am I satisfied with the service. I recommended them to all the guys in my shop. Good service and prices are sometimes a little hard to find. Not many people will post a review for good service unless they go above and beyond, but have no problem dropping a bad review when the service is bad. My service was good, maybe even great.
