Purchased a dryer with a worker whom had no personality and was very bland not friendly at all. I was told my delivery would be made @ 3 pm that did not happen I was told it would be between 3-5 that did not happen I called and I was told he was on the road. I said what does that mean??? Is he coming? She said ...he's on the road. @ 6 pm I still had not received my purchase.
This company has the worst customer service tech missed his window the first time by 2 hours originally told me that the repair would be $258 plus the assessment of $85 the owner called me and said because we missed our window we will do it for a total of $170. So I said sure go ahead and repair it, worst mistake of my life. The day of the repair he misses his appointment window by 2 hours again!!! But I let him do the repair so it is done and taken care of. I pay him he gives me my receipt and he tells me I have a 1 year warranty.3 months go by and the washer breaks again, I tell them I want the first appointment of the day. They give me a time between 9-10 I take off work and wait, I called them at 10:15, the tech called me back and said he had an emergency refrigerator repair and that he could make it till 11. He gets there and says it is the same problem as the first time, and he doesn't have the parts to fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone they tried to charge me to come out and fix the washer because the warranty wasn't circled on the paper work, they are always late, and overall there customer service is horrible.
We’ve used Sloan in the past with success. We aren’t sure what happened, but after committing to repair an oven glass, Jessica will not return correspondence. It’s been a month since they committed to the work, then nothing, no apology, just unresponsive. Weird to say the least...
I had a very good experience with Ken's Appliance Repair. Ken fixed my W/P dryer, replaced fridge filter, and offered valuable advice on other appliances. He was very professional, fair, and courteous. I will definitely call Ken for my next repair service☺
Do NOT Use this company!!!! This guy is a scammer, he came in to my home, allegedly diagnosed the problem with my wine fridge and my washer and allegedly ordered parts. He took a check for the parts (hmmm, his credit card machine was down, imagine that) and he has never returned to install the parts. This con game has gone on for over a month now. I guess I will see him in small claims court.
I was very impressed with the service I received. Ken was on time, very knowledgeable, and price was reasonable. One very happy customer.
