the owners facebook page deterred me from wanting to even tour the facility. The facility is new however i had concerns with the tile and no carpet/rugs and open ceiling with exposed wiring and aluminum tubing. the staff was unfriendly and none of them welcomed my child or even spoke to me. the owner has mostly her family working there and they need some coaching on professionalism and social skills.

A great caring environment, thats always stocked with the proper tools and supplies to properly nurture and develop young minds into upstanding adolescents.
My son and daughter have been going to see Mrs. B for years now. They love being with her and often want to go even when they don't have to go. The homework assistance is a god send for this busy mom. Everything gets done before I pick them up and I just have to do a quick review. They enjoy the summer field trips and the neat projects that they do through out the year. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing child care.
The teachers are great with the kids, the place is extremely clean, and my 2 year old loves it! He has been learning so fast!
My 2 year old now knows her entire alphabet & can count to 15 all by herself!! The teachers are amazing!! We couldn’t have picked a better school!!
I have been a customer of T's for over 4 years. A lot of employees have quit to the point the daycare stopped announcing the teachers who are no longer working there. The daycare workers are also the facilities janitors. The daycare is always understaffed, my child fequently comes home with another child's diaper on. This center is money hungry and greedy, the rates are always going up and the quality of the worker and the center continues to go down. I have been contacted while at work about a virus in the school of hands, feet, and mouth however the daycare failed to tell all of the other parents, failed to post notice around the daycare OSHA VIOLATION. I have been told by workers about bed bugs, to only be told by management that it was only a scare. My four year old child spilled juice on his shorts, didnt have a change of clothes, when I came to pick my son up he was walking around in just a t-shirt and underwear no one thought to dry his shorts. Tuition is due on tuesdays, I paid tuition on a Tuesday online about 7:30pm and a late fee was applied on my account, the centers excuse was that they tally up tuition at 6:30 pm. Jacksonville fl just had a state of emergency/ evacuation the second week in sept, public school was out from the 11-15th because of the flooding, power outage and blocked roads, T's learning center decided to open the doors of the daycare sept 12th charging a mandatory weekly fee even for the children who didnt, or couldn't attend because of the aftermath of the storm. T's owner Teresa is greedy and money hungry to take advantage and make profit off of her customers in Jacksonville knowing the condition the city is in. I was told I would get the fee removed however dont tell the other parents who were also affected by the storm. I have been asking for Teresa to contact me everyday for the past week and she has refused. I have walked in on two children visibly using the restroom, at the same time and no teacher in sight. Don't waste your money
I love this place, the staff is amazing and trustworthy. And it is a great safe place for children to start their education. Also a awesome place to work.
Excellent care. Convenient price.Great educational environmental appearance. Pleasant and friendly care taker. She showed her certificates, certs for DCF and claim she accept vochers and was included in the food program. Her hours advises of 24 hours but she could not accommodate the varies of hours that was need, example 9:45a - 6:30p. I was forced to find another provider even though I paid the additional fee, In short notice after she agreed to stay till 6:30. My child was taken well care for where as an infant he would smile every morning greetings her.that means a lot to a parent. Also she made sure your child would leave clean and fresh.(no worries of diaper rash)I just wish she accommodated the "24 hour" (meaning any hours needed)she has
The staff was so sweet I absolutely love it. They we're very personally involved with the children and it didn't stink. Like most daycares which is working I'm very particular about. It was quiet and very very clean. I got a complete tour and I am happy to say my children will be attending here. Thank God.
I am referring to the Southside Location located on Southside Blvd. My child was there for about 9/10 months, when my child first started and wasn't fully potty trained I would pick my child up and my child would be soaked of urine! There was never a steady teacher in the classrooms for kids to get accustomed to! There is was never any communication between teachers and parents, and my last straw was walking in on a "substitute" who didn't know the faces of parents pulling on my child's arm and yelling at them!!! I asked for h information of the "substitute" but no one has contacted me since the situation and when I went to the daycare the staff acted as if they were confused and unaware!! HORRIBLE! There were 2 prettt good teachers K&D!
