Upper management doesn't care about their employees, work life, or the flow of patients in and out of their centers. They schedule 1 patient every 30 minutes no matter what type of exam. Technologists usually fall behind and then patients complain about the Technologist, not the company. There is a strict protocol to follow and if you make a few mistakes, then you are easily replaced. Management just doesn't care about their employees and the training they provide is inadequate. They rush you to learn multiple modalities.If you can deal with all the back stabbing and stupid mistakes their front desk girls make, then go for it.

What they did to me today was cruel and outrageous. I have been there before, I can not.do a standard mri tube for person reasons. When I arrived today they tried to switch me to a tube. I explained why that wasn't an option for me me. Then I was asked if I would.like to reschedule because the upright was booked. They new when they called me in they were.going to try and switch me. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get.there so they could try a bait and switch. Now.I will not get the treatment I need for my hip because the dr. won't have an mri to look at. I am so upset but there is no recourse. They suck for what they did to me.today. I just.don't understand why.

I love it there. I have a pain pump in my abdomen that has to be checked after an MRI due to the sensitve electronics in the pump. They are very sensitvre to my needs and are very helpful in making an appointment with my pain management doctor after my MRI.
Pros: Never very much of a wait, some of the people are nice, results are quickCons: Some of the people are NOT nice! I have great insurance that pays a lot for these services, I would EXPECT to be treated respectfully and with some dignity, but that's not always the case. I've had many MRI's taken there over the years and, frankly, I don't know why I keep going back. Promises to fax paperwork aren't kept, either, and sometimes phone calls aren't returned.
