The maintenance crew addressed the issues with promptness and professionalism. There was however, consistent lack of attention to customer request from management, especially from the Assistant Portfolio Manager and from the Portfolio Manager. We needed assistance accessing the community center and other administrative requests that remained completely ignored, even after numerous emails and phone calls. It makes you wonder whether all they want is to get you to sign a contract with no care for the customer's needs. Also, be ready to see higher rates once is time to renew your contract. Invitation Homes (IH) realizes that is more convenient for customers to pay a little more once they are settled than to endure the hassle of moving again and they will charge you more for that "convenience." Overall, I do not plan to renew my contract with IH. Because of principle, I choose to work with companies that values customer care and that can provide me with a stable future budget.
