Alamo at JIA was amazing. Fast & friendly customer service. When I got to the garage, the greeter "Elisa" was so nice. She helped us locate our car, loaded up our luggage & even told us about a great place to get our lunch! She is what Customer service is all about. Upon returning Robin was very courteous and asked how our customer service experience was and thanked us for choosing Alamo! I will definitely rent with Alamo in Jacksonville again!
I felt disrespected and will never use enterprise rent car. Had issues as soon as I walked in the door. Car wasn't ready for set time and since I chose to complain I was treated poorly and didn't rent a car. These guys are just druggies with a nice outfit on. Don't recommend to anyone

I had a rush , car in the shop unexpectedly so I had to call for a car pick up in 30 minute time frame . They were helpful and accommodating . They didn't have the size I was requesting but they had a few options for me to choose from.
I recently rented a car from this location after being rear-ended by another driver. My vehicle was in the auto shop for nearly two months and I rented the vehicle for that entire period. Because at the time of rental, it was not known how long the repair would take, and because I was awaiting responses from the other driver’s insurance company, I was told by a Hertz representative that I would be billed for the rental. At the time of rental, the Hertz representative also strongly implied that the Hertz Loss Damage Waiver was required for the rental, and since he had been in communication with my insurance company (State Farm), I trusted that it was needed for the rental. Shortly after returning the rental, I was charged — not billed - $1400 on my debit card; money that I needed to pay the rent on my apartment. Of that $1400, I was charged over $1100 or an absurd $21/day for the LDW on a vehicle with an MSRP of just over $12,270. I essentially bought 10% of that vehicle for nothing. Now the other insurance company is refusing to pay for the Loss Damage Waiver coverage. This company has flat-out robbed me. The employees have lied to me, scammed me, pushed services that they were fully aware I did not need. I will not be using Hertz again in the future, and I am contacting the corporate office to express my frustration.

I have other Enterprise RENT A CARS closer to me but I will only go to this location as their service and communication is outstanding. They were very responsive and professional. This location does their job with a passion. This location mirrors what your media advertisement portrays - Truly caring about customer needs. Your new manager is outstanding! When the opportunity arises consider putting him in for a promotion!
Staff was great. Vehicle was clean and ready for me when I got there. Great business to deal with.
DANGER! RIP OFF! Made a reservation trough automated system. when I got there, they did not have the reservation. Start another ($27 morphed into $47). Returned one day later (early), with 58 miles on it. Given a receipt for $47. Hit my credit card for $78. Went back and questioned it. "Manager" instead it was only half full of gas and had 101 miles on it. Someone had another day and 50 miles at my expense. $27 to $78 = almost 3 times as much! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SHYSTER.
