I love the lady who owns this fun and ever changing 2nd hand store!!. Unfortunately it is no longer at the same location. Waiting on the new store. I highly recommend.
Krystle Thomas is an asst manager. I asked her for some help with an item since I am in a wheelchair. I was not and am not unfriendly to help. I appreciate the folks working there. She was a bit rude but I zipped my lip. 2o minutes later I asked again. She said call somebody you know to come here and help you, can't you see I'm busy? Again I said nothing and she turned her back, I rolled over to tell her that I will leave but before I could, I heard her saying something about the handicapped that I cannot repeat here. I have always supported Goodwill, but will never roll into another. Another employee said she is always like that. Shame, total sha,me.
The volunteers wasnt very helpful in assisting. The staff was not friendly at all,no customer service skills. No restroom facility or dressing room for customers. This place make you regret walking in.
Love, love, love this thrift store! Luckily, my kid and I see docs near by, so every time we have an appointment, we always stop by! They have a wide variety of items at decent prices.
For many who dont know this. Good will does not stand for helping poor people it was just a created name to get everyone to donate to the stores. One man owns all of them or the franchise ( not sure) but it all to the owners. Good will does NOT mean for poor people. When I researched this and found out I was shocked>>>>>>>>>
